Dining Experiences
In addition to “Pick your own” orchards and farm stands throughout Columbia County, your choice of wonderful restaurants can be one of the best surprises of your visit. Directly across the border in Massachusetts, a multitude of other fine dining experiences await you, such as John Andrews and The Old Mill as well as quaint shops and a variety of nightclubs.
* A special note for skiers: Catamount Ski Resort is only 2 miles away, and Butternut Ski Basin is just a 20 minute drive from our door. Both resorts boast excellent ski schools for children and numerous family-oriented trails. Cross-country trails are also found in in many locations throughout the area. The Honored Guest is pleased to be able to provide discount ski-lift tickets at the resorts, and welcomes ski groups of up to eight people. Mid-week discount packages are available during non-holiday weeks.
